If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in West McLean.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in West McLean we can best know the retail value of your rental.
