We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in West McLean.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in West McLean we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
