Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property.
