We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
