If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Tysons Corner.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Tysons Corner we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
