The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment.
