We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
