We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Seven Corners.
The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Seven Corners we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
