If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Seven Corners.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Seven Corners we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
