We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Reston.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Reston we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
