If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Oakton.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Oakton we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
