If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Oakton.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Oakton we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
