If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Oakton.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Oakton we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
