If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Oakton.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Oakton we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
