We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Oakton.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental.
