Do you need a tenant for a rental in Oak Hill?
We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to great property management is great renters. Nesbitt Realty almost never has issues with tenants that we find.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Oak Hill.
The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Oak Hill we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
