If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Oak Hill.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Oak Hill we will help determine the retail value of your property.
