If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in North Springfield.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in North Springfield we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
