If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Merrifield.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Merrifield we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
