If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Merrifield.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Merrifield we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
