We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Merrifield.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property.
