If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Merrifield.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Merrifield we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
