If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Merrifield.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Merrifield we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
