If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Merrifield.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Merrifield we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
