If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in McLean.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in McLean we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
