If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in McLean.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in McLean we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
