If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lorton.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Lorton we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
