The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home.
