Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Lorton.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Lorton we will help determine the retail value of your property.
