If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Kingstowne.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Kingstowne we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
