If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Kingstowne.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Kingstowne we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
