We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Herndon.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Herndon we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
