If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Great Falls.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Great Falls we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
