If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Great Falls.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Great Falls we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
