If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Fairfax Station.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Fairfax Station we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
