We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Fairfax Station.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Fairfax Station we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
