If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Dunn Loring.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Dunn Loring we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
