If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Dunn Loring.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Dunn Loring we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
