If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Dunn Loring.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Dunn Loring we will help determine the actual value of your property.
