If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Dunn Loring.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Dunn Loring we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
