If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Dunn Loring.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Dunn Loring we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
