If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Dunn Loring.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Dunn Loring we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
