We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Chantilly.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Chantilly we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
