If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Chantilly.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Chantilly we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
