If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Chantilly.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Chantilly we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
