If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Burke.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Burke we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
