If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Belle View.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Belle View we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
