If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Belle View.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Belle View we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
