If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Annandale.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Annandale we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
