If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
