If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Fair Lakes.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Fair Lakes we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
