If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in South Arlington.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in South Arlington we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
