If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Shirlington.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Shirlington we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
