If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Shirlington.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Shirlington we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
