If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Shirlington.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Shirlington we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
