We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home.
