We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in North Arlington.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in North Arlington we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
