If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in North Arlington.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in North Arlington we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
