If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in North Arlington.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in North Arlington we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
