The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property.
