If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fairlington.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Fairlington we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
