If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Fairlington.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Fairlington we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
