If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Crystal City.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Crystal City we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
