If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Crystal City.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Crystal City we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
