If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Crystal City.
The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Crystal City we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
