If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Clarendon.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Clarendon we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
