If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Clarendon.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Clarendon we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
