If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Clarendon.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Clarendon we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
