If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Clarendon.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Clarendon we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
