If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Arlington Ridge.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Arlington Ridge we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
