If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Arlington Ridge.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Arlington Ridge we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
