Do you need a tenant for a rental in West End?
We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in West End.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in West End we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
