We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
