If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
