If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Virginia Hills.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Virginia Hills we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
