We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
