We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
