The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home.
