We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
