Do you need a tenant for a rental in Old Town?

We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

The key to good property management is great tenants. Nesbitt Realty almost never has issues with tenants that we find.

Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome renters because we've inherited difficulties from landlords who selected their own tenants, or from landlords who have brought us renters from other property management companies.

The key to leasing to a great tenant is starting with an understanding of the criteria that describes a good

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.

If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Old Town.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Old Town we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.

Do you already have a tenant?

Many of our new accounts in Old Town have tenants in place. If so, great we're happy to migrate your renter into our system.

If you're curious about our process for transitioning a renter to our rental management system we're eager to explain what we do.
