Do you need a renter for a property in Old Town?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to great property management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty very rarely has problems with tenants that we find.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Old Town.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Old Town we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
