If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in New Alexandria.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in New Alexandria we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
