Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property.
