If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Lee District.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Lee District we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
