If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Lee District.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Lee District we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
