If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Lee District.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Lee District we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
