We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Franconia.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Franconia we can nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
