We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Franconia.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Franconia we can nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
