If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Franconia.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Franconia we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
