If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Franconia.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Franconia we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
