If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Del Ray.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Del Ray we can nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
