The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental.
