If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Del Ray.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Del Ray we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
