If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Carlyle District.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property.
