If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Carlyle District.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Carlyle District we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
