If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Arlandria.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Arlandria we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
