If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Arlandria.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Arlandria we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
