We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
