If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
