We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
