We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to good property management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty seldom has problems with tenants that we find.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
