We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
