If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
