We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
