We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
