If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia. The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed. The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
