If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia. The property manager will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon. The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
