Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome renters because we've inherited problems from owners who found their own renters, or from real estate investors who have brought us tenants from other rental management companies. If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia. The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon. The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
