If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
