We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
