We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
