The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home.
