During the lease term in White Post

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental home in White Post, the tenant must allow us to come into the rental. Some solid reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Perform maintenance or alterations,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in White Post. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
