During the lease term in Riverton

During lease, the rental property belongs to the renter we respect the tenant 's privacy. As managing agents Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental home, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Riverton, the renter must allow us to go into the rental property. Some solid reasons to come into rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or improvements,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent before entering the rental home. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Riverton. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
