During the lease term in Elkton
During lease, the rental home belongs to the renter we respect the renter 's privacy. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Elkton, the renter must allow us to enter the rental. Some valid reasons to enter rental home are to:

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Elkton.
