During the lease term in Huntly

During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Huntly, the renter must allow us to come into the rental home. Some valid reasons to go into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Provide required services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Huntly. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
